Dr. Stephen A. Okeke

      Spiritual Leaders
From Ihiala town and a priest of Nenwi diocese. Ordained a priest of August 17, 1996 at Holy Trinity Cathedral Onitsha. Received Masters Degree in Pastoral Theology at St. John’s University, New York. Got his doctorate degree in Counseling at Hebrew Union College and Jewish Institute of Mental Health and Religion New York. He presently works as a Chaplain at NYU Medical Center.

Oti Chi Choro Mma Cultural Dance Group

​Kids Group (Ages 5-11)
Kids ages 5-11 partake in spiritual, educational and fun-filled programs provided by their group leaders: Oby Ndukwe and late Onyinye Egbuzie .
ICC Masses: Every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month at 5pm prompt.

MINISTRIES
Youth ages 12-21 are engaged in spiritual, educational and adventurous programs provided by their group leaders: Obianuju Nwobodo and Chinelo Ugboaja

Reverend Father
Emeka L. Iwuanyawu
From Umueze 11 in Ehime Mbano in Imo State.  Ordained priest July 9, 1983  of Okigwe Dioceses. Obtained a Bachelors in Philosophy and in divinity at Bigard Memorial Seminary Enugu and a Masters degree in Theology at Catholic University of West Africa in Port Harcourt in 1987.  He went on to obtain Masters and Professional diploma in Educational Leadership at University New York.  Father Emeka is currently a research fellow with the International University for Graduate Studies, Riverdale, New York.  
ICC Community Outreach Group
​ICC Community Outreach Group is unmatched when it comes to giving back to our community.  Our Outreach group goes to great lengths to visit homeless shelters, private homes and our community in Nigeria to ensure that our various communities  (national and international) have what they need.  ICC women, men, kids and youth are all involved in this wonderful act of giving.  If you would like to support our mission please contact us at COG@igbocatholiccommunitynewyork.org.
From Oraifite town in Anambra State, a priest of Nnewi Diocese. Ordained a priest on August 19th, 2000 at Holy Trinity Cathedral (Now, Basilica of the Most Holy Trinity) Onitsha. Received Masters in Pastoral Theology at St. John’s University New York. He is currently a Research student for his doctorate degree in Counselling at Hebrew Union College, an institute of Religion and Mental Health New York. Presently, he works as a chaplain at BronxCare Hospital Center, New York. Currently, he is the chaplain of ICC.
